What is the cancellation policy?If a reservation is canceled less than 60 days but more than 7 days before the check-in date, 50% of the rental payment will be refunded. If a reservation is canceled within 7 days of the check-in date, no refund will be issued.

Do you require a security deposit?Yes, we require a security deposit for all bookings. This deposit is held as a precaution against potential damages or violations of our rental policies during your stay. The amount will be specified during the booking process and is fully refundable after your stay, provided there are no issues. If you have any questions about the security deposit, feel free to contact us.

What are the quiet time rules and party policy at your properties?To ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests and neighbors, we have the following rules in place: Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM in all our homes. During this time, guests must remain indoors, and noise levels should be kept to a minimum. Outdoor areas, including terraces, gardens, and pools, cannot be used during quiet hours. No Party Policy: Parties or large gatherings that could disturb neighbors or exceed the maximum occupancy of the property are strictly prohibited. Noise Monitoring: To help enforce these rules, our homes are equipped with decibel monitoring devices. These devices measure sound levels but do not record conversations, ensuring your privacy while maintaining compliance with our policies. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting these rules to maintain a pleasant experience for everyone. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or the termination of your stay without a refund.

Can I modify or extend my reservation after booking?We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate any modifications or extensions to your reservation, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible with your request, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

What are the check-in and check-out times?Check-in and check-out times vary depending on the property: Cascais and Intendente: Check-out is at 11:00 AM, and check-in is from 3:00 PM. Barcarena and Paço de Arcos: Check-out is at 10:00 AM, and check-in is from 5:00 PM. If you have specific timing needs, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.

Can we check in early or drop off our bags before the official check-in time?Early check-ins and bag drops can be arranged depending on the availability of the villa. Please contact us in advance to confirm.

How do we access the villa for self-check-in?A detailed check-in guide with door codes and instructions will be sent one day before your arrival.

Are pets allowed at your properties?Yes, pets are allowed in our homes (not apartments) for an additional fee of €30 per day. We kindly ask guests to ensure that any pet waste is properly cleaned up during their stay. This helps us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. If you plan to bring your pet, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
